Leather sole:
The leather sole is a sole that can breathe automatically and breathe the foot. It has good air permeability and no loose feet. It can automatically release the absorbed sweat to keep the feet dry. The leather sole is mainly made of cowhide and the price is higher. The utility model has the advantages of easy setting, invariable type, fit, and good elasticity, can reduce impact without fatigue, ventilate, absorb moisture, etc., and is easy to process, and the shape is easy to display aesthetics. Hard texture is not easy to be pierced, but it is easy to warp or rot after being soaked in water and oil. Its main features:
1 has good thermal insulation to ensure the proper temperature of the foot in the shoe
2 Light weight, the weight per square centimeter is between 0.95 and 1.05 grams, just the same as the density of water. It is waterproof and releases moisture when the shoes are no longer wet, ensuring that the shoes are in a comfortable state.
3 Unique three-dimensional fiber structure, the sole does not break when it is bent at 180 degrees. It can quickly adapt to the shape of the foot, can effectively support the impact of the ground, and protect the foot more effectively than the sole of other materials of the same thickness.
Rubber sole (RB):
RB is an abbreviation for English rubber (rubber); hot compression molding, divided into natural rubber and recycled rubber. It is heavy and oil-resistant. When molding the bottom, it must be ground on the bonding surface. It is easy to shorten when heated, and the color is inconsistent.
Advantages: good wear resistance, non-slip, elastic, not easy to break, good softness, good ductility, stable shrinkage, good hardness, good flexibility and waterproof.
Disadvantages: heavier, easy to spit (it is a quality problem), not easy to corrode (environmental problems); not hard, easy to be punctured; breathable, hygroscopic, not afraid of oil soaking, not suitable for contact with oil at gas stations Place to wear.
※ Rubber foaming
The weight is lighter than the rubber bottom, and it has a rubbery taste. When pressed with a finger, the surface rebound is more obvious than the general sole, and the wear resistance is poor.
※ High pressure polyethylene rubber sole
The sole is made of high-pressure polyethylene and rubber flavor. It is used together with rubber and plastic.
Raw rubber bottom: heavy, expensive, oil resistant, not heat resistant. Easy to change color.
Polyurethane bottom (PU):
Polyurethane is the abbreviation of polyurethane. The English name is polyurethane. It is a kind of polymer material. It is made of A/B/C polyester foam, which is divided into oil and water. It is an emerging organic polymer material, which is known as the “fifth largest plastic” and is used in the manufacture of high-grade leather shoes, sports shoes and travel shoes.

MD bottom:
The collective name of MODEL or PHYLON is a secondary high pressure molded product of EVA. The MD sole must contain EVA inside, and the MD bottom is also called PHYLON bottom. For example, MD=EVA+RB or EVA+RB+TPR and some shoes are RB+PU.
Advantages: light, flexible, fine appearance, softness; easy to clean; hardness, density, tension, tear, elongation.
Disadvantages: It is not easy to corrode and is not environmentally friendly. It is easy to wrinkle and shrink when it is high temperature. It has poor durability. When it is used for a long time, its shock absorption will be reduced and the gas permeability will be poor.
TPR bottom:
TPR is originally a general term, including TPV, SEBS, SBS, TPO, TPU, EVA and other products. The TPR sole is mainly referred to as the SBS modified shoe material (a type of application belonging to the TPR material). TPR shoe material is a new type of polymer shoe material mainly produced by thermoplastic SBS. It has the properties of rubber and can be processed and recycled according to thermoplastic. It can be molded and extruded by ordinary plastic molding machine. And blow molding to make rubber products. After the TPR pellets are hot melted, they are injection molded, and the molecules move in an emissive manner during molding.

Disadvantages: poor anti-skid performance, poor texture, not cold resistant, not resistant to folding, poor gas permeability.
TR bottom:
TR sole material is a new product improved on the basis of TPR. It is a synthetic material of TPE and rubber. The product has excellent performance of various indexes. It is formed by hot injection molding, and the molecules move in a rolling ball shape during molding. It has the characteristics of many appearances, good hand feeling, bright color, high smoothness and high technical content, and can be 100% recycled. It is an environmentally friendly sole material.
Imitation leather bottom:
It is a typical rubber and plastic material with high elasticity. The main component is rubber-based. It is made of 10% to 30% high styrene and is made of leather bottom leather. Appearance is similar to natural bottom leather, with grain pattern, which makes the products light and clear, the lines are clear; the lightness and comfort when wearing, and there is no sound, non-slip, wear-resistant, such a sole has both good elasticity and comparison. High hardness and rigidity, its performance is very similar to natural leather. Although it does not have the breathability and moisture absorption properties of natural leather, it also has the advantage of not being afraid of water.
BPU
It is a modified new type of polyurethane (PU), which has the advantages of environmental protection, low density (ultra-light weight), thick surface crust (smooth surface), good toughness, not easy to break, and good weather resistance. It can replace EVA outsole, EVA waterproof platform, air-blown PVC bottom platform, wooden shoes, PVC foaming bottom table, etc.
This modified polyurethane imitation wood material is very light, with beautiful wood grain, temperature resistance, and adjustable degradation period. It is a new environmentally friendly material.
Beef tendon (Tianjin) bottom:
Thermoplastic elastomer bottom, a light yellow translucent sole, named for its color and character like beef tendons. "Bottom of the tendon" is described as strong as the tendon, but the bottom of the tendon is artificially made, also called the thermoplastic elastic rubber sole. (The first is from the rubber tendon. At the time, it was mainly made of sandals and the color and other materials were linked together to be called beef tendon. It can be said that the beef tends to refer to natural rubber first, and later evolved into a color card.)
The bottom of the tendon can be made of rubber or plastic, and it is most convenient to make it with thermoplastic rubber (TPR). The sole has a beautiful appearance, and has good elasticity and wear resistance, is comfortable to wear, and has no sound when walking. It is a good sole material for sneakers and daily life shoes.
Rubber tendon: There will be a layer of misty secretion on the surface of the whitening for a long time; use a blade to cut a little black with a fire to make a white solid residue a little white, it is difficult to appear dripping when burning, and there is a little black smoke in the rubber smell. (Some technical development of some rubber tendon secretions may not appear.)
TPR beef tendon: use a knife to cut a little with fire, when burning, there is a black smoke mixed with a little gray-green, a kind of dripping phenomenon, a gel smell, burning time is a little faster than rubber tendon, leaving a little black coke solid.
Beautiful bottom:
Mei Nai Di (also known as the board, Ledo rod and rubber imitation leather bottom, etc.), in fact, is also a rubber sole, but the processing method is different. It is cheaper than the United States.
The main ingredient of the company is rubber, which is fine, wear-resistant and tortuous. It is infinitely extended. It is generally 1 meter wide and cuts into 2 meters from the rolling machine. It must be punched with a punching knife and then ground and colored. The thickness is usually between 3-5mm, depending on the demand.
Raw rubber bottom:
Raw rubber is a general term for unplasticized and rubberized rubber. It is the most basic raw material for the manufacture of rubber compounds, including natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The raw rubber bottom that we call everyday is wear-resistant. The raw rubber bottom here is actually the bottom of the cooked rubber. It is the raw rubber after the treatment, but the appearance is like raw rubber. It is a mistake we have made.
The plasticizing effect of raw rubber is poor, the hardness, density is low, easy to wear and break; the characteristics of cooked rubber are just the opposite, and the wear resistance and toughness are better. Cooked rubber is widely used, such as car tires; raw rubber is only used to make low-end household items, such as slippers.
PC bottom:
Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent performance. It has outstanding impact resistance, good creep resistance and dimensional stability, low heat resistance, low water absorption, non-toxicity and excellent dielectric properties. It is the top five. The only product with good transparency in engineering plastics is also the fastest growing general engineering plastic in recent years.
The PC bottom has the characteristics of good weather resistance, beautiful appearance, impact resistance, high light transmittance and strong plasticity.
ABS bottom:
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
ABS engineering plastics are generally opaque, the appearance is light ivory, non-toxic, tasteless, with tough, hard, rigid characteristics, slow burning, yellow flame, black smoke, softened, burnt, and special after burning The smell of cinnamon, but no melting dripping phenomenon.
It has excellent comprehensive performance, excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, electrical properties, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeability, molding processing and mechanical processing. Disadvantages: low heat distortion temperature, flammable, and poor weather resistance.
PE bottom:
PE plastic (polyethylene), English name: Polyethylene.
Excellent corrosion resistance, electrical insulation (especially high frequency insulation), high rigidity, hardness and strength, low water absorption, good electrical properties and radiation resistance.
PE bottom has good flexibility, elongation, impact strength and permeability; it has good fatigue resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
PP bottom:
PP plastic (polypropylene), English name: Polypropylene.
It is a high-density, side-chain-free, highly crystalline linear polymer with excellent overall properties. It is white translucent when uncolored, waxy; lighter than polyethylene. Transparency is also better than polyethylene and harder than polyethylene.
PP sole has low density, good strength, rigidity, hardness and heat resistance; it has good electrical properties and high-frequency insulation, and is not affected by humidity and corrosion. However, it becomes brittle at low temperature, is not wear-resistant, and is easy to age, and is easily decomposed under certain conditions.
SBR bottom:
Styrene butadiene rubber is a polymer elastomer material synthesized by copolymerization of butadiene and styrene as main monomers. The quality is uniform and pure, and impurities are mixed less. Soluble in benzene, toluene, gasoline, chloroform and other organic solvents. The unsaturated double bond in the styrene-butadiene rubber molecule and the vulcanizing agent form a crosslinked network structure by substitution or addition reaction, and the styrene-butadiene vulcanizate reinforced by the reinforcing agent has high physical and mechanical properties.
Styrene-butadiene rubber has a slow vulcanization rate, but has good vulcanization flatness, is not easy to be vulcanized, and has excellent properties such as aging resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance.
